PMFTC looks to expand in Mindanao, says Agri chief

TOBACCO GIANT PMFTC, Inc. is eyeing to expand in Mindanao, seeing the area’s favorable climate conditions as viable for tobacco leaves cultivation, according to Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel F.
