Responsible for providing industry leading customer service while meeting the quality and schedule expectations of the company’s customers. Assists in the development, implementation and support of operational policies and procedures that facilitate the attainment of project goals.
- Candidates must possess at least a 2-year Vocational Course or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 6 months call center / back office experience from BPO industry is required for the position.
- Flexible to do overtime as needed.
- With Data Entry experience
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines
- Excellent typing skills
- Good command of English language
- Conducts claims processing activities which includes consolidating documents, analyzing claims, processing claims payments, sending correspondences, coordinating with external clients and in-country personnel for product concerns, and other administrative concerns.
- Shall at all times balance existing support process guidelines with the needs of the Customer and engage with management and support staff as appropriate to ensure an exceptional customer support experience with every customer engagement.
- Answer chat inquiries posted by customer
- Provides appropriate feedback and settlement to all customer contacts.
- Works with client and vendor owned tools and websites and other back-end programs/tools.
- Complies with company set procedures
- Supports account’s specific program
- Assists in developing and streamlining procedures
