CUSTOMER CARE AMBASSADORS  (Call Center Agents)

Responsibilities

  • Provides superior customer service and solutions in an efficient manner and timeframe
  • Offers appropriate sales options and recognizes cross sell opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and enhance customer relationship
  • Maintains knowledge of products, services, and promotions
  • Represents our clients to their customer by handling calls promptly, interacting with customers to determine their needs, and providing consistent, high quality service and accurate information to the customers

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be at least College level
  • Must be at least 18
  • With effective communication and comprehension skills
  • Knowledge in MS Excel
  • No issues working the graveyard shift
