CENTRIO SEDA HOTEL POSITION: Apprentice Chef November – December 2018
Job Summary: I was trained in the kitchen department in both hot and cold area. My responsibilities were cleaning vegetables, check chillers and freezer temperature, do mise en place and plating then higher challenges later on, had let me cook for their “A la Carte” menu orders, had let me attend the pasta and carving live station at the “Misto” then gave me the chance to make planning for cocktails to be served in “Club Lounge” which helped me develop some of my skills.

POSITION: Assistant Manager January – March 2017

Job Summary: I was an assistant manager to a Taiwanese Investor in the Philippines. My responsibilities were meeting up with clients, planning advertising strategies, advertising products on different social media platforms, etc.

ROSEWOOD PARK AND GRILL POSITION: OJT then Service Crew February – March 2015

Job Summary: After I rendered job training in the said restaurant, they gave me the opportunity to work there for a week. My responsibility was to serve customers.
